Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Processing Returns
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your return. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Cancellations

Service Cancellations
For cleaning service appointments, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
